How do we book a consultation?


You can contact me for a consultation via telephone, email or by completing the enquiry box on my contact page. I like to have at least one consultation with every bride whether that be in person, email or telephone!


Do we need to know the flowers we want before we book a consultation? 


No, during the consultation I will take you through all the possible designs, colours and types of flowers available.


What do we need to bring to the consultation?


I like to set up a private Pinterest board with every bride so that we can both share ideas and I can get a sense of your vision for the day. During your consultation we will run through your board and discuss your ideas including the ‘feel’ you want to capture and any particular colours and flowers you like. Please bring along some pictures of flowers and arrangements you like, and of course, a picture of your dress and bridesmaid dresses! We will also discuss your budget and how I can help you get the most out of the money you have available.


What happens after the consultation?


After the consultation I will send you a detailed quotation, including a description of each of the arrangements we discussed.  The quotation will also include information on the deposit and payment terms.


We are working to a budget; does this affect the quality of my flowers and what we want to have? 


No. I will work within your budget, giving you the best options and styles possible without compromising on quality. I can also provide wedding packages that may suit your style and budget.


How do we book you for our wedding flowers?


To reserve your wedding date I ask for an initial deposit payment of £100.00 with the remaining balance due three weeks before the day of your wedding.


What should we expect running up to the wedding?


2-3 weeks before your wedding, I will contact you to run through your quotation to make sure it includes everything you will need for the day and to finalise any last few details.


1-2 weeks before your wedding I will reconfirm the delivery schedule letting you know what I will be delivering, where and when.


Will I have to collect my flowers or hired items on the morning of the event?


No, I operate a delivery and setting up service that comes as part of your day. Flowers and hired items can be delivered to both the bride and groom’s locations around 2 hours before the start of your ceremony, and I will set up in the morning at a pre-agreed time with yourself and the church and/ or reception venue. I can collect any hired items the next day or at a time and date mutually agreed between me and the venue.
